Extreme partisanship over promises and under delivers, inevitably leading Christians toward combativeness, cynicism, and exhaustion. The After Party does the complex–but necessary–theological work of reframing a Christian political identity.
It is an invitation to model the virtues of hope and humility, bearing Christian witness to a broken and bitterly divided world.
Through a creative combination of brief video based teachings, interactive exercises, and group discussions, this course recenters our politics on the person of Jesus Christ.
What it is:
- A guide to political discipleship
- A way to form community
- An educational course about political polarization
- A course for anyone from high school to retirement
What it isn’t:
- A guide on how to vote
- An endorsement of a particular party, policy, or candidate
- A Bible study
- Only for Republicans. Or Democrats. Or people who all agree.
Join us every Monday at 6pm for a 90 minute discussion and study together on how to seek Jesus in the midst of American political climate.
